At Delta’s Daydream, we take care to prepare and send every order with love and attention. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and prepared within 7 days of being received

  • This timeframe allows us to carefully make and package your order

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services only

  • The class of postage (e.g. Tracked 24 or Tracked 48) depends on the shipping option selected and paid for at checkout

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched

We do not offer untracked shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the Royal Mail service selected at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note:

  • Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility

  • During busy periods (such as holidays or strikes), delivery may take longer than expected

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected Royal Mail tracked service

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

UK Shipping Only / International Shipping

UK orders:
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional postage costs may apply to resend it

Lost or Delayed Orders

As all orders are sent via tracked Royal Mail services:

  • Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your delivery

  • If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue
